Most people don’t know what to expect when moving into a sober living, especially if they’ve never had the experience before. We want to make sure everyone who comes to us is comfortable and prepared to focus on their recovery. We have provided a list of what to bring to our sober living house. Additionally, we have provided lists which provide examples of both acceptable and unacceptable attire.

We want to make sure residents are aware that Willow Place housing is not a permanent residential center. There is limited space to store personal belongings. If too many belongings are brought to Willow Place housing they must be shipped back to the individual’s home address. So, keep in mind that packing light will help to reduce the chance of not being able to store all your belongings.

If you’ll be attending school or work while residing at Willow Place housing, be sure to pack appropriately. Besides work or school clothes, you’ll only need to pack a few outfits. Be sure to pack appropriately for the current season. If you are enrolled in Willow Place Treatment programming be sure to pack attire that is appropriate for the outdoors.
